About Yoga Noor on Gozo, Malta

After many years of practicing and exploring the many different ancient wisdom traditions as a path to self healing; my desire to inspire and teach others about the benefits led to my qualifying and becoming certified in 2004 for Hatha yoga and later Kundalini Yoga.

Noor and NadineMy practice continued to evolve and I have since then undertaken many specialist courses in anatomy; yoga Therapy for different ailments including diabetes, obesity, asthma, arthritis; as well as Iyengar alignment & Yin Yoga (Taoist tradition) workshops.

My teaching is a fusion of several wisdom traditions I have explored, and reflects very much what I believe. That Yoga is for EVERY-BODY;   all ages, all body shapes, sizes, all levels of health and mobility; the energetic, mental, wisdom and ultimately bliss bodies that are us. Yoga works from inside out.   I guide those I teach to harness their inner power, move and explore this energy within to awaken and cultivate an awareness, an understanding and a love for the whole body.

My experience as a teacher extends to teaching in Chiropractic clinics; Yoga studios to all ages and levels including MS sufferers; Chair yoga to the elderly; and children with ADD.

With deep gratitude to all my teachers and students who have also been my teachers, I wish you a joyous journey in self discovery through Yoga ;-)
