The Yoga practiced is a fusion of several styles which are open level and suitable for EVERYBODY – types, shapes, ailments. These are conducted in a peaceful, friendly and nuturing environment and dedicated to personal growth of my students as their practice expands.
There is always breathwork & meditation and classes vary from relaxing and restorative to dynamic and challenging. All levels are taken into consideration whilst being encouraged and guided through various refinements of yoga postures. Class numbers are deliberately restricted so more personal attention can be given. For this reason please note that whilst drop ins are welcome prior notice is required.
