Noor Nasser
Beginning over twenty years ago, my yoga path has taken me on a journey through various styles of Yoga.
My desire to inspire and teach others about the wonderful benefits of yoga led to my qualifying as a certified instructor through the Institute of Yoga Therapy College, Houston, Texas, in Feb 2004 and more recently in Kundalini Yoga with the Karam Kriya school in the UK.
My practice and study continues to evolve and I have undertaken several specialist courses in therapies for different ailments including diabetes, obesity, gastric disorders, women’s health, pregnancy and more; intensive workshops in the study of anatomy, yoga therapy and physiology of breath with some of the most respected teachers of the yoga world.
As a teacher I have taught in Chiropractic clinics, nursing homes, and studios for all ages and levels including Chair yoga to the elderly, MS sufferers and children with Attention Deficit Disorder.

Nic Sueren
Nic has practiced yoga, in many different styles, for the last 18 years.
She came across Kundalini over a year ago, the use of mantra and meditation as well as the movement of the style clicked for her. Nic is a recent graduate from Karam Kriya school of Kundalini Yoga in London. For Nic, the great thing about yoga is the wonder that comes with being in her body, along with flexibility, physical strength and the mental clarity that regular practice brings to her, she hopes to share this with you.
